Winemaking

With more than 44 years’ experience in the Australian wine industry, Chief Sparkling Winemaker Ed Carr holds the title of Australia’s most awarded sparkling winemaker and is committed to achieving world parity with House of Arras wines.

The art of blending sparkling wine is one that can only be mastered by perfecting the craft, having the patience to allow the wine to mature at its own pace, and the experience to know when it is at its best. These wines are expressions of the outstanding Tasmanian landscape, showcasing complexity of flavour and character, only achieved through exceptional time en tirage.
