Ben Clarke
With over 30 years’ global experience in consumer products, Ben Clarke joined Accolade Wines as Chairman in April 2024, and has recently assumed the role of Executive Chairman to lead the business through its next exciting phase of growth.
Prior to joining Accolade Wines, Ben has held various board and executive leadership roles with multiple food and beverage businesses in Europe, the US and Australia, including leading Kraft Foods in Australia and New Zealand and Burton Biscuits in the UK.
Ben is also Chairman of natural beverage and plant-based food company Soulfresh Limited in Melbourne, and sits on the boards of The White Rabbit Pizza Company, and Young Foodies in the UK. Outside of work, his interests include wine, classic cars, opera, rugby and architecture.
Andrew Clarke
My favourite wine is... St Hallett Blackwell Shiraz
Andrew is a highly driven, successful senior executive with over 30 years' experience in the FMCG industry and a wealth of expertise in managing global brand-leading companies.
Andrew has held a number of senior positions within some of the biggest global FMCG and Food & Beverages companies including Commercial Director at Diageo, CEO for Ingham’s Enterprises, Global President of Mars Drinks, Regional President of Mars Food, and Sales Director and General Manager roles at Campbell Arnotts.
In his role as Managing Director for ANZ, Andrew is responsible for the commercial running of the Accolade Wines business and leading the team within the region, driving market growth in the wine category through innovation and a Customer-focused approach.
Anjanette Murfet
My favourite wine is... Bay of Fires Pinot Noir
With over 20 years in Human Resources and Communications, Anjanette has set up and managed action-oriented internal corporate cultures across Australia, Asia, Africa, the UK, the US, and Europe.
Anjanette has worked at a number of the biggest global FMCG businesses, including Kraft Foods, Sandoz, and Coca-Cola, and held high-level Human Resource and Communications roles for Vodafone and GrainCorp focusing on strategic, corporate, and operational ‘hands-on’ responsibilities.
Today, Anjanette is the Chief People and Communications Officer at Accolade Wines, one of the world's leading wine companies with 1,000 dedicated employees in Australia, the UK, Europe, Asia, South Africa, New Zealand and North and South America.
Anjanette is responsible for building the global People and communications strategies that support the Company’s ambitious growth agenda and nurtures the organisation to become a best-in-class, high performance, employer of choice.
Joe Russo
My favourite wine is Petaluma Hanlin Hill Riesling.
With almost 30 years’ of both local and international Supply Chain management experience across the wine, beer and spirits industry, Joe is an impressive leader.
Most recently, as our General Manager of Supply Chain and Operations for Australia and New Zealand, Joe has led the Supply team from being rated last in the 2020 Advantage Group Survey, to the number one spot in 2022 as rated by our customers.
Prior to joining Accolade, Joe held senior supply chain management roles with Diageo, Mondelez and Lion.
At Accolade, Joe is responsible for the grape to customer supply chain, ensuring our amazing wines arrive safely from our vineyards to Customers and wine drinkers around the world.
Derek Nicol
My favourite wine is... Bay of Fires Pinot Noir
With almost 20 years’ experience in the wine and spirits industry across all facets of Supply Chain and Finance, Derek is a seasoned industry expert.
Derek has collaborated across global and regional Supply Chains to lead and deliver network transformation projects. Key initiatives include building the Supply Chain to support growth in key emerging markets and successfully target and integrate acquisitions.
Most recently, Derek was our Chief Supply Chain Officer. Prior to this he held senior roles at Treasury Wine Estates (TWE), firstly as Regional Operating Officer (ROO) for EMEA and before that as Supply Chain Director, EMEA & Asia.
Sandy Mayo
My favourite wine is... Petaluma Hanlin Hill Riesling
Sandy is a strategic brand marketer and proven leader with over 25 years’ experience across the global alcohol and beauty sectors. She has a strong track record in effectively driving brand equity and growth across different geographies at both regional and global levels.
Prior to joining Accolade Wines, Sandy held roles at Diageo, Fosters, Treasury Wine Estates, Bacardi, and Walgreens Boots Alliance.
Sandy is responsible for building and driving sustainable growth for our brand portfolio, creating category leading innovation and collaborating closely with our regions to develop plans that have an impact with our customers and consumers around the world.
Tejvir Singh
My favourite wine is... Eileen Hardy Chardonnay
As CFO, Tej is responsible for the global Finance, Legal and I.T functions across the company, managing teams in each key region. Tej is a highly qualified finance executive with more than 20 years’ experience in consulting and senior executive roles across Australia and Asia. He brings a practical and strategic approach with broad experience within the FMCG and AlcoBev industries.
Before joining Accolade Wines, Tej held the role of Director of Control and Tax at AB InBev for the Asia Pacific South region. His key strengths include transformation and integration aligned to strategy, performance and results.
Sean Cunial
My favourite wine is... Grant Burge Meschach
As Managing Director, Asia, Sean is responsible for the Accolade business across Greater China, North Asia, SE Asia, and India. Sean has built a successful career in Fast Moving Consumer Goods over more than 20 years, holding Senior Executive and Non-Executive roles with The Coca-Cola Company and its Franchise Bottling Companies across Australia, Indonesia, the Philippines and Japan.
Prior to joining Accolade Wines, Sean was Co-Founder and Managing Director of Virtually There VR, a leading start up in immersive training solutions using VR and AR.
