Accolade Wines has a reputation for high standards of ethics and legal conduct. Our governance programme has been designed to ensure our employees, company officers, directors and suppliers uphold the local laws and policies.

On this page you will find policies; codes; reports and terms of trade that are one part of our governance programme. In addition to this we include our Whistleblowing Policy which promotes an open and transparent culture where our employees and suppliers are encouraged to call out unethical behaviour.

Code of Conduct

We have a focus on health, safety and sustainability across everything we do. Accolade Wines is committed to working collaboratively with its suppliers and growers to ensure we achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for all. As a global business, we work with thousands of organisations that share our values and principles and help ensure we deliver quality wines competitively, sustainably, ethically and safely.

This Code of Conduct establishes our expectations of our suppliers and their supply chain when providing goods and services to Accolade Wines, ensuring that we are aligned.

Modern Slavery

Accolade Wines is committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking in its corporate activities and global supply chain. We provide information on the actions we take to understand, address and prevent modern slavery through our annual Modern Slavery Act statements.

Whistleblower Policy

Accolade Wines is committed to a culture of good commercial practice and highly ethical behaviour. We are committed to conducting our business with honesty and integrity, and we expect all staff to maintain high standards. However, all organisations face the risk of things going wrong from time to time, or of unknowingly harbouring illegal or unethical conduct. A culture of openness and accountability is essential in order to prevent such situations occurring and to address them when they do occur.

This policy complements the Grievance Policy (UK) and the Code of Business Conduct & Ethics (Global) and deals with issues relating to employees (or others) who wish to report concerns about whether Accolade Wines or its employees have complied with applicable laws and other relevant standards, and provide a confidential means in which to do so.
