We are aware of a scam involving a fake email address designed to look like an official Accolade Wines email. The scammers are making enquiries about purchasing product on behalf of Accolade Wines.
We have also been alerted to a sophisticated email phishing attack on Accolade Wines. Customers are receiving notifications from this mimic Accolade Wines email advising of a change to our bank account details. The email appears to be sent from one of our Credit Specialists which includes a letterhead template from ANZ Bank.
Please exercise caution if you receive unsolicited emails offering to purchase product, or claiming that our bank account has changed and contact us ([email protected]) to verify the legitimacy of such emails.
Please report any suspicions or incidents to Action Fraud (or the relevant authority in your jurisdiction) and notify Accolade Wines by email ([email protected]).
