Seven wines from the Accolade Wines portfolio proved their class with a glittering array of awards at the latest National Wine Show, held at the National Arboretum in Canberra, Australia.
House of Arras’s 2008 Blanc de Blancs cemented its position as a panel favourite thanks to a Trophy for Sparkling White or Pink as well as a Top Gold Medal, crowning a truly outstanding year which saw the brand take home the ‘Best Sparkling Trophy’ at every Australian capital city wine show.
Three products from the Hardys Tintara range – Grenache Shiraz Mataro 2016, Cabernet Sauvignon 2015 and Shiraz 2015 – picked up Gold Medals, as did a 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon from the Hardys Chronicles selection.
Gold Medals were also awarded to Grant Burge for its Ten Year Old Tawny and to Eddystone Point for a 2016 Pinot Noir.
The National Wine show represents the apex of the premium wine show calendar, with entry available exclusively to award winners of regional and capital city wine shows.
