It gives us great pleasure to share the news that House of Arras has received two outstanding awards in the 2019 Six Nations Wine Challenge:

  • House of Arras Blanc de Blancs 2009 – Double Gold Medal
  • House of Arras Grand Vintage 2008 – Gold Medal

For reference, the Six Nations Wine Challenge brings together the best ‘new world wines’ selected by some of the world’s leading voices in wine.

This is one of the most prestigious wine shows in the world, where wines can only be entered following an invitation from each country’s most well-known wine writer and judge (Huon Hooke invited House of Arras for Australia). Both House of Arras wines were selected in a blind tasting of 600 wines as Gold medalists.

These tremendous results reinforce House of Arras’ positioning as a world-class sparkling wine producer and are testament to the hard work and dedication of the House of Arras team, led by Chief Sparkling Winemaker Ed Carr.
